Warranty & Return Policy


American Toner Supply stands behind the 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our staff will quickly replace or exchange the product. You may return the item for a refund of the purchase price (if it meets the conditions stated below).

 


Purchases made through this site should be returned by completing the return request form. Or contact us at sales@tonersamerican.com. In the event you experience any problems with your toner cartridge(s), please refer to our Return Policy, detailed below, to help resolve any issues quickly.

Return Information: 

  • All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). This gives you authorization to return item(s) to American Toner Supply for inspection. Credits will be issued, if justified, after product inspection. Your RMA number is valid for 10 days. After 10 days, you will need to request a new RMA.
  • If an order entry error occurs, email sales@tonersamerican.com as soon as possible. 
  • Any product that has been tampered with or refilled will be denied credit.
  • Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as it was originally delivered to protect the item during return shipment
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. If you send your RMA back to us via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, send us an email at sales@tonersamerican.com. 

 


Return Policy:

  • Up to 1 year: Return for a full refund on defective products from the original date of purchase. Cartridges that are emptied or did not last for the exact yield specified are not eligible for a replacement. 
  • 10 day Return: Return for refund on unopened toner cartridges in resellable condition from the original date of purchase. Such item(s) must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Return Details:

  • Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      • Clearance items (sale items can be returned)

 

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Products:

OEM products (such as HP, Canon, and Xerox- branded products) are warranted for the length of the OEM warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all defective products. We do NOT accept any opened OEM product and they will be recycled upon receipt without a notification.

We will accept any unopened and resalable OEM ink & toner for a return within 15 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping fees.
